Hi, I'm Laurence Klein. I'm based in the Sutherland Shire and have several years of hands-on experience helping parish staff with everyday technology issues, including IT support work in a local parish setting.
I started KleinTech to provide honest, patient home help for people who want clear support without confusing jargon.

If I can't provide any useful help, improvement, or clear next step during the visit, you don't pay.
Some problems come down to ageing hardware, low memory, full storage, or unsupported software. In those cases I may not be able to fully fix the issue — but I can still diagnose the cause, improve performance where I can, and explain your best next step.
I'll always be honest about the situation and charge fairly based on the work done.

Includes travel and up to 1 hour of support
After the first hour, extra time is $20 per 15 minutes if needed. Pay by cash, card, or invoice.

Do I need to unplug my computer and bring it to a shop?
No. I come directly to your home in the Sutherland Shire and help you there, whether the issue is at your desk, kitchen table, or with your home Wi-Fi setup.
I'm not very confident with technology. Will you use confusing jargon?
No. I explain things in plain English and work at your pace. The goal is to make things simpler, not more confusing.
What if my computer is too old or the problem can't be fixed at home?
If I can't help you at all during the visit, you don't pay. If the issue needs parts or specialist repair, I'll tell you honestly and explain your options.
How does pricing work?
Home visits are $70, which includes travel and up to 1 hour of support. If more time is needed after that, it is $20 per extra 15 minutes.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash, card, or invoice - Laurence will send an invoice to your email so you can pay at your own pace.
