KleinTech Home Help is a trading name of SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd (ABN 87 687 922 729). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our services
KleinTech provides in-home technology support, including help with computers, phones, printers, and Wi-Fi, delivered by local technicians across Sydney, NSW. Specific services and pricing will be confirmed before any work commences.
Bookings and appointments
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive a direct response from your technician
- Please provide accurate contact details and a description of the issue when enquiring
- We will do our best to accommodate preferred times, but availability is not guaranteed
Payment
- Pricing will be confirmed before work begins
- Payment is due on completion of the service visit unless otherwise agreed
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by your technician
Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible so we can offer the time to another client.
What we can and cannot fix
We will always be honest about what we can help with. Some issues may require hardware repair or manufacturer support beyond what our technicians can provide in the home. If that's the case, we will tell you clearly before charging for a visit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurrendaSoft Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data, hardware damage, or other indirect damages arising from a service visit. We recommend backing up important data before any support session.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
