Hi, I'm Andrew Price. I provide patient, reliable tech support to homes and small businesses across Western Sydney. With a background in software development and IT support, I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to solving everyday technology problems.

I started KleinTech because I believe everyone deserves clear, honest tech support without the confusing jargon or upselling. I come to you, fix the problem, and make sure you understand how things work.

My “No Fix, No Fee” Promise

If I can't provide any useful help, improvement, or clear next step during the visit, you don't pay.

Some problems come down to ageing hardware, low memory, full storage, or unsupported software. In those cases I may not be able to fully resolve the issue — but I can still diagnose the cause, improve performance where I can, and explain your best next step.

I'll always be upfront about what can and can't be fixed on the spot, and charge fairly based on the work done.

Includes travel and up to 1 hour of support

After the first hour, extra time is $20 per 15 minutes if needed. Pay by cash, card, or bank transfer.

How does pricing work?

Home visits are $70, which includes travel and up to 1 hour of support. Additional time is $20 per 15 minutes if needed.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash, card, or bank transfer. I can also send an invoice to your email for your records.
